Consider it the ultimate springtime bloom…and comeback.

Castle Hill Inn, the iconic Newport, Rhode Island coastal retreat, is welcoming overnight guests back to its grounds following a fire this winter that temporarily shuttered parts of the property. The phased reopening marks a meaningful return for one of New England’s most beloved luxury destinations, and the timing couldn’t be more spectacular…or golden-hued.

Spring at Castle Hill means 70,000 daffodils — yes, 70,000 — carpeting the grounds of Newport’s most coveted coastal perch. And this year, overnight guests get to enjoy it all to themselves. For the first time in the property’s history, the phased reopening means registered overnight guests will have exclusive run of the property until Memorial Day Weekend. That includes the legendary adirondack-lined lawn overlooking the water and a perfect fit for cocktail sipping, life chats, and pretending you live like this all the time. Beach Houses and Beach Cottages reopened as of March 5.
