We take a walk down memory lane with this week’s Minute Review and revisit a spectacular flight I enjoyed on the Air France 777-300ER in La Première (First Class) from Los Angeles to Paris.
Air France offered only four seats in the intimate cabin, each surrounded by curtains that created remarkable privacy. After a multi-course dinner with Krug Champagne, soup, caviar, beef, salad, cheese, and dessert, the seat was converted into an extremely comfortable bed. I slept for nearly seven hours before waking for breakfast as we approached Paris.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Live and Let's Fly.
