I’m not going to reveal the route or the flight number because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, but I was so thrilled to hear two flight attendants griping in the first class galley about service on a recent flight.
With just drinks and a couple passes of the snack basket, flight attendants had time to sit down and gab in the galley, even while attentively checking on drink refills every 10-15 minutes. I was seated close to the front and within earshot of the conversation.
FA: Why don’t we serve meals on this flight? We used to.
