Our Fabulous Fridays topic today is Emirates, which just opened a new, rather elegant City Ticket Office (CTO) in downtown Bangkok, where customers can see a representative to inquire about their ticket needs.
The CTO is located at the Gaysorn Shopping Mall adjacent to the Intercontinental / Grand Hyatt Bangkok / Central World and easily accessible via BTS train, going to Chit Lom station.
