Glamping? Not quite. Safari just got a little more luxurious. Minor Hotels is taking its luxury safari ambitions to the next level with the opening of Anantara Tented Camp Kafue River, the brand’s first-ever tented safari camp.
The brand’s first ever tented safari camp is located in Kafue National Park, boasting 13 keys, with every accommodation offering nearly 25 feet of private river frontage and dedicated hosts for dining, activities and wellness arrangements.
Anantara Kafue’s signature accommodation, the three Horizon Terrace Suites, are suspended 45 feet above the ground and accessed by a glass elevator, with upper‑level star beds and expansive decks. Guests staying in Pool and Bush Villas enjoy private plunge pools and dedicated indoor spa rooms, while the 4,300-square-foot Presidential Villa offers elevated river views, exclusive boat access and a private spa zone.
