United Airlines is introducing a new round of Chef’s Table meals in Polaris business class on November 1, including Nancy Silverton’s spiral meat lasagna, rack of lamb from David Barzelay, and duck leg enchiladas from Isabel Coss and Matt Conroy. The menus sound very good, and United says passengers have been rating the first round substantially higher than its other preorder meals.
United Airlines Reveals New Chef’s Table Polaris Menus For November And December
United has announced the second menu rotation in its collaboration with Chef’s Table, the brand behind the Netflix documentary series.
The new lineup includes 30 dishes from 11 chefs representing United’s seven U.S. hubs and three international gateways: London, São Paulo, and Tokyo. These menus will be served from November 1 through December 31, 2026, with seasonal rotations continuing into 2027.
I covered the first round of menus earlier this year. The concept remains the same: the departure city determines which chef’s meal you can preorder, with an appetizer, salad, and main course inspired by that city.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Live and Let's Fly.
