The Hyatt Regency Dubai offered remarkable value during my overnight stop in Dubai, with a rate of just $55.59 that included Regency Club access. The club itself was closed, but the hotel provided breakfast and an evening buffet with drinks instead. For a short stay between Emirates flights, it was a very attractive deal.
The Hyatt Regency proved a useful base.
Summer has traditionally been a cheaper time to visit Dubai, but these rates were particularly low amid the disruption and uncertainty surrounding the war with Iran. I was, of course, pleased to find such an inexpensive room, though the circumstances behind the weak demand were hardly something to celebrate.
