I was not expecting to see a Boeing 737 listed for our SAS flight from Zürich to Copenhagen. Had SAS somehow pulled one out of retirement? Well, not exactly.

SAS retired the final Boeing 737 from its own passenger fleet in 2023, completing its transition to an all-Airbus mainline operation. I briefly wondered whether SAS had brought one back into service, but the explanation was a bit simpler.
