United Airlines CEO, Mr Kirby, was in the headlines again on Sunday after WSJ broke a story that he had reached out to Delta’s CEO to probe a merger.
Mr. Kirby, who came to United from AA, made headlines in April after it was reported that he had floated an idea with the current US administration to merge AA, which American shot down.
