Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets has been on TPG's radar since the property opened in 2023. The Impression brand — a luxury, adults-only offshoot of Hyatt's all-inclusive brand Secrets — had already made an excellent impression on one of our directors when she visited Impression Moxche by Secrets, the first Impression resort, a couple of years ago.
So when I had the chance to experience the brand's Isla Mujeres outpost in Mexico, just off the coast of buzzy Cancun, I leapt at the opportunity.
