The Revery has opened near the pink-sand shores of Elafonisi Beach in southwestern Chania, introducing a new expression of barefoot luxury to one of Crete’s less-explored corners.
Designed by local architect Eirini Apostolaki of Archtify, with interiors by Athens-based Sophia Vantaraki of ThingK, the 24-key retreat takes its cues directly from the surrounding landscape, combining canvas, timber and locally sourced stone with woven reed, natural linens and clay ceramics to blur the boundaries between architecture and nature.
Workhighlights: Successfully coordinating events from planning through to delivery and seeing everything come together on the day.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Hotel Designs.
