Nuuk International Airport does have a lounge, as the Air Greenland check-in agent assured me. I found it upstairs with the lights on…but the doors were closed and there not another soul in sight.

Nuuk International Airport Has A Lounge…But It Was Closed

After checking in for my Air Greenland flight, I asked about a lounge and was told by the lady who checked me in there was one upstairs. Since I had about an hour prior to boarding, I was excited to try it.

After clearing security, I saw the sign for the airport lounge upstairs and walked up the stairs.

I found sliding doors leading into a large room…a waiting room…and thought, is this the lounge?
