As we have covered before, Asiana will disappear as a Star Alliance member from December 16, 2026, and various partner airlines, including Thai Airways, are now warning customers that this will affect their award tickets.
This presents a problem because it also impacts already issued tickets that loyalty program members secured a long time ago but that may no longer be feasible if they include segments with Asiana.
