JetBlue is opening its first-ever lounge at JFK tomorrow (read more here), and another is opening in Boston next year.
It is not a secret that Southwest Airlines has been working on their own lounge concept for a while, and the first one to open is likely in Honolulu next year and 7 to 20 lounges within few years.
