Airport workers in South Korea are in a labor dispute with the operators of 15 airports – including Seoul Incheon & Gimpo – in the country and have announced strikes that will commence on September 19, 2025.
The strike will most likely have a significant impact on the operations, especially at Seoul Incheon Airport, as employees push for a more appropriate shift system to ease the workload on those employed at one of the fifteen gateways.
