
For many years, the Airbus A380S stem the bulk of Qantas’ international network, especially those cities the airline serves with a large volume of passengers, such as long-haul destinations in the U.S. and Europe, as well as across Asia.
Now the A350 and 787 can fly all of Qantas’ current A380 routes, CEO Vanessa Hudson said, and through their range and fuel efficiency will open up additional long-haul international connections.
