It’s not often that a cruise line gets rid of a shiny, two-year-old cruise ship. It’s especially unheard of when that ship was the brand’s first new build in more than a decade.
But that is exactly what is happening at Cunard. On Oct. 6, Carnival Corp. announced that Cunard’s Queen Anne, which debuted in 2024, will transfer to the fleet of U.K. brand P&O Cruises in 2029; at the same time, P&O Cruises’ Arcadia will join the Holland America Line fleet.
The cruise world was shocked.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Luxury Travel Advisor.
