LOT Polish Airlines is refreshing its long-haul business class experience with new amenity kits, upgraded headphones, a three-step skincare ritual, and distinctive Polish tableware. These are relatively small changes, but taken together with new cabins and Wi-Fi, they point toward a far more formidable LOT once its painfully slow Dreamliner retrofit is complete.
LOT Polish Airlines Refreshes Business Class With New Amenities, Headphones, And Polish Tableware
LOT Polish Airlines is rolling out a series of upgrades to its long-haul business class service, with a particular emphasis on Polish brands, improved presentation, and the small details that I find are so important in making an airline unique.
Beginning in August 2026, LOT Business Class passengers will encounter refreshed amenity kits, new skincare products, upgraded headphones, and several other changes intended to create a more polished and cohesive onboard experience.
None of these additions will fundamentally transform a flight on their own. But soft product matters, particularly when an airline is teasing a dramatically improved hard product but that product is still years away.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Live and Let's Fly.
