Dimitrov brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality across Manchester and London to the role. He joins LEVEN Manchester from voco Manchester City Centre, an IHG Hotel, where he served as Hotel Manager, overseeing daily operations, budgets, marketing and brand compliance.
Prior to this, he held senior leadership roles at Hotel Brooklyn, Manchester, including Deputy Hotel Manager and Front of House Manager, where he was part of the pre-opening team and helped establish standard operating procedures for the property. His earlier career includes front office and management positions at the AA 5 star Hotel Gotham, Manchester, and housekeeping and porterage leadership roles at The Montcalm at The Brewery in London.
Dimitrov holds the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma (ILM Level 3) and is a member of The Institute of Hospitality. He has also been recognised with several industry accolades throughout his career, including a Front of House Customer Service award at the Manchester Hoteliers Association Awards and a finalist place for The General Manager of the Future Award at the Independent Hotel Show.
