Japan Airlines’ aircraft was damaged at JFK Airport in New York on December 14, 2025, when its wing collided with another plane.

The airplane cannot be used for flights until it is repaired, which has caused significant changes to JAL’s international flight schedule. The airline has now retimed, rescheduled, cancelled, or switched aircraft of roughly 40 flights scheduled between today and December 31, 2025.

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on LoyaltyLobby.
