The first question we should be asking is what airline behaviour is classed as ‘crossing a line’ and requiring a police response.
Too often we enable airlines to do whatever they please and then act surprised when passengers, i.e. humans, act with the *range* of emotions over centuries can be reliably predicted from human beings.
Yes it is regrettable and should be avoided, but without defining a standard of unacceptable behaviour of corporates I think…
