In 2022, plans were announced for the Four Seasons Venice, in the form of a conversion and renovation of Hotel Danieli, which used to be a Marriott Luxury Collection property. There’s now a major update, as the hotel has just opened.
The Venice hotel scene sure has seen some nice new luxury options, between this and the opening of Airelles Venice…
In this post:
The hotel is spread out over three historic buildings, from the 14th and 19th centuries. The property is also located close to St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace, and other popular sights of Venice.

Four Seasons Venice initially has 120 keys, though in 2027 we’ll see the addition of another 56 keys, so the final room count will be 176. That will include 97 rooms and 79 suites. As it currently stands, accommodations range from the entry level Superior Room, which measures 237-291 square feet (22-27 square meters), to the Dogo Dandolo Royal Suite, which measures 1,592 square feet (148 square meters).
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on One Mile at a Time.
