Capital One's regular transfer ratio is 1:1; under the offer, 1,000 Capital One miles become 1,200 Flying Blue miles. The bonus is expected to arrive with the transferred rewards, and members can make transfers repeatedly without a bonus limit.
Flying Blue awards can be booked on Air France and KLM, as well as SkyTeam and other airline partners. The program's September 2026 devaluation introduced tiered pricing: the lowest-priced Light fares have fewer inclusions, while Standard fares require more miles. Award availability can be limited, although Flying Blue members may see seats unavailable through partner programs.
