Located at Gaspar Aguilar 106, Bob W Valencia Patraix is scheduled to open in August 2026. Bob W will lease under a long term contract the entire 2,916 square metre building, which will comprise 62 4PAX studios and a large communal space incorporating coworking facilities and kitchen, as well as a rooftop terrace lounge.
Located in the residential Patraix neighbourhood, the property will offer guests an authentic local setting close to Mercat de Patraix, independent shops, bakeries and restaurants. Its location will enable Bob W to serve both leisure travellers and demand generated by two nearby hospitals. Patraix and Safranar metro stations are both within a ten-minute walk, while Joaquín Sorolla railway station can be reached on foot in approximately 20 minutes.
