Does the bucket list include standing underneath Uluṟu’s changing colours at sunrise and experiencing luxury under the stars in the Australian desert? Yes? Great! But even if it didn’t, it’ll still be a treat.
Luxury lodge operator Beckons has unveiled another way to experience Australia’s Red Centre, announcing plans for a new nine-suite retreat adjacent to Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa National Park.
Scheduled to start welcoming guests in in early 2028, it will be the closest luxury accommodation to World Heritage-listed Uluṟu upon opening and will be the first new-build property for Beckons since the Australian luxury lodge collection launched in March.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Luxury Travel Advisor.
