Earlier this month, I reported that Ride-hailing platform Bolt is currently undergoing a license review in Thailand after a barrage of driver conduct complaints, and the company officially pledged improvements.
Since then I have come across more complaints and it seems like that either Bolt’s drivers haven’t gotten the message of what is actually at stake or the company didn’t really tell them what’s going on.
