My short 387-mile journey from Copenhagen to Prague onboard an SAS A320neo in “Plus” class (soon to be known as “Premium” class, but currently a hybrid between premium economy and business class) was pleasant. The ground product in particular makes this product a value-add.
Perhaps due to the overnight in Copenhagen, I was not checked in for the Copenhagen-Prague leg and had to pick up a boarding pass at the check-in counter…it never showed up on the SAS app even though the entire ticket was on a single PNR.
