Explora Journeys Eyes Asia, Rivers, and a Fleet Beyond Six Ships

Explora Journeys is moving closer to completing its original plan for a six-ship fleet, and the luxury cruise line has also set its sights on river vessels as it aims to expand its itineraries to even more destinations across the globe.

Speaking exclusively to Luxury Travel Advisor following two shipbuilding ceremonies at Fincantieri’s Sestri Ponente shipyard in Genoa, Italy, Explora Journeys president Anna Nash this week shared how the brand intends to translate its growing capacity into new destinations, customers, and opportunities for its travel trade partners.

“Our approach to destination planning starts with listening,” Nash said. “We pay close attention to what our guests are asking for and the regions they are most excited to discover, with Asia being a good example.”

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Luxury Travel Advisor.
