The Dutch Consumers’ Association took KLM to the Netherlands’ Advertising Code Committee (Reclame Code Commissie or RCC) back in March (read more here) after they found that many of the sale fares were actually LOWER both before and after KLM’s much-advertised Real Deal Days.

The RCC has now ruled that “Real Deal Days” deals were misleading and unfair, but the ruling is not yet binding because one part was appealed, and the final ruling is expected before the end of the year.
