Owned by LQ Hotel Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Lendlease and TRX City Sdn Bhd, this highly anticipated hotel opening is a striking new landmark within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) district—Kuala Lumpur’s buzzing lifestyle and business hub, where local spirit meets global flair.
The hotel offers 466 guestrooms and suites spanning 26 stories, towering over The Exchange TRX mall, and accords iconic landmark views of the city such as Merdeka 118 and KL Tower. Within the rooms and suites, monolithic surfaces, sinuous forms and abstract art depicting the Malaysian rainforests are contrasted with bold, hued tiles, leaf-shaped mirrors and gilded bathroom installations.
