A LoyaltyLobby reader contacted us earlier this week regarding their stay at an Ovolo hotel in Hong Kong over the NYE that had been cancelled (read more here) due to the hotel exiting the partnership on October 31st.
Then we received a similar message regarding a stay at the Ovolo Woolloomooloo in Sydney, which was initially a W hotel, so something was definitely amiss.
