The much delayed Andaz Turks & Caicos is getting closer to opening. It has finally started accepting reservations, though only for roughly a year from now…

The 5.5-acre resort will offer three restaurants and bars, a spa, a kids club, a fitness center, and more. It’ll be located directly on Grace Bay, known for offering one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the Caribbean.

The Andaz will be comprised of 59 rooms and 74 branded residences, so at least the hotel portion of the property will be boutique.

The opening of this resort has been majorly delayed. It was initially announced in 2018 with a 2021 opening, but the timeline slipped by six years, presumably due to a combination of the pandemic, plus… well, how hotel construction projects often work out. Hopefully there are no additional delays beyond the current planned mid 2027 opening.

Andaz Turks & Caico rates & points requirements

With the Andaz Turks & Caicos at Grace Bay now bookable, what are rates like? For those redeeming points, this is a Category 8 World of Hyatt property, meaning a free night redemption in a standard room costs 35,000-75,000 points per night.
