His experience is worth highlighting because it goes beyond a closed club lounge or indifferent service one might expect at Marriott-affiliated property. The allegations involve basic sanitation and hotel employees apparently misrepresenting the published terms of the Marriott Bonvoy program.
The Westin enjoys an enviable location only steps from Denver International Airport’s Jeppesen Terminal. That convenience allows it to charge some of the highest hotel rates around DEN, particularly when weather or operational disruptions strand passengers overnight (just don’t walk around your room naked!).
