I had high hopes for Jeff Mauro’s new Chicago Patty Melt on United Airlines. The burger itself was great, but the dried-out rye bread left me wishing I had ordered something else.
Unfortunately, it did not live up to the description.
First, the good news: the beef patty was great, so at least there was that.
