The Trump administration’s limited-edition “Patriot Passport,” initially available only in Washington, D.C., is going nationwide after the State Department says it received “overwhelming public interest.” An additional 250,000 commemorative passports will now be available through special application events across the country.
The State Department initially introduced the so-called “Patriot Passport” through the Washington Passport Agency, but says the special design generated enough interest to warrant a nationwide expansion.
