With two weeks to go until The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025 list is announced, 50 Best is recognizing more hotels, with the reveal of its first-ever extended list of hotels ranked from No. 51 to No. 100. This expanded list reflects 50 Best’s ongoing commitment to inclusivity and depth, offering a richer, more comprehensive guide to the hotels that are shaping the future of travel. It provides a platform for more voices, more destinations and more stories—all united by a shared dedication to excellence in hospitality.
The list is compiled from the votes of the 800-plus Academy of anonymous experts, comprising a balanced mix of hoteliers, travel journalists, educators and seasoned luxury travelers, each carefully selected by a group of industry-leading Academy Chairs. These hotels lay the foundation ahead of the unveiling of the full ranking of The World’s 50 Best Hotels 2025 on 30 October.
