According to the Thai Immigration Department, there is currently a scam going on at various online travel agencies, such as Trip.com, where providers sell a FAKE Immigration Fast Track Service that doesn’t exist.
Travelers are being offered a fast-track option for arrival priority services that would allow them to utilize the fast track/priority queue for immigration, but there is no representative present, and the vouchers are useless.
