Radisson Rewards sent out emails in May to those of us who took advantage of the first match opportunity last year with SAS (read more here and here), which granted VIP status for one or two years (depending on whether you matched an existing or new account).
The email lacked clarity on the requirements for extending the status. Some readers reported receiving a similar message in previous years, yet their tier was not extended despite having a stay after receiving the offer.
