Last week I wrote about the revamp of the American Express Platinum card and one new benefit was a tier upgrade to Leaders Club Sterling status which also comes with 5 confirmed room upgrades.
Even though I rarely, if ever, stay at LHW properties these days, I decided to apply this benefit to my old Leaders Club account and I was successfully upgraded to Sterling Status within 72 hours.
