The joint venture welcomes a new One&Only resort and Private Homes on a 21-acre location adjacent to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The new property will feature 61 cabins, guest rooms, and suites, as well as exceptional culinary experiences and a Longevity Hub by the renowned Clinique La Prairie. The residences and luxury resort will open concurrently in 2028.
