The Capital One Venture X Business is Capital One’s lucrative business card. We’ve just seen a huge new limited time welcome bonus rolled out on this card — while the spending requirement is significant, so is the potential upside.
For example, if you spent $150,000, you’d earn a minimum of 700,000 miles, which is excellent. This is a phenomenal bonus, and for what it’s worth, I value Capital One miles at 1.7 cents each. So to me, 200,000 miles are worth $3,400, while 400,000 miles are worth $6,800. Or put another way, the minimum of 700,000 miles you’d earn on $150,000 of spending are worth $11,900 by my valuation, so that’s a roughly 8% return on spending.
