For quite a long time now, Lufthansa has worked on a new Premium Check-In facility at Frankfurt Airport inside Terminal 1, Hall A, and the new counters just opened this week after being closed for almost two years.
Unfortunately, the solution is once again a Lufthansa posse as the design of the new check-in counters turned out to be totally impractical, especially for passengers who check in baggage.
