Inspired by the city’s iconic pine forests and pinecones, the design seeks to blur the lines between the building and nature, creating a timeless architectural symbol. The property will provide 5-star amenities, including high-end restaurants, a wellness and therapy area, an indoor all-season pool, and conference and event spaces for up to 1,000 people.
