The Immigration Department for the People’s Republic of China has started to slowly phase out paper forms for immigration purposes and is now promoting a digital version that passengers can fill out.
While the paper forms remain available and valid for the time being there are large signs and online notices on the website of Chinese Embassies and travel agents that visitors should fill our the digital forms.
