Chase Sapphire Reserve statement credits: What they are and how to use them

The Chase Sapphire Reserve® (see rates and fees) is one of our top picks in the premium travel rewards card market.

The card features a $795 annual fee and a robust set of statement credits that can provide more than $2,000 in annual value when fully utilized.

When the card was refreshed in June, the new credits were limited to customers who applied on or after June 23. That's now changed: From Oct. 26, every cardholder — even those who opened their account before June 23 — can enjoy the complete lineup of credits.

A great solo travel tip spotted this week on The Points Guy Articles.
