After landing, the captain reportedly instructed all passengers to remain seated, and told them that there had been a security issue during the flight. Police then boarded the aircraft and removed a man from his seat.
The Vero Beach Police Department later stated that the incident was not considered a security breach. An investigation determined that the passenger took an item from the snack cart, after being told he wasn’t allowed to do so. The passenger later paid for the item, according to the police.
