Air France appears to be abandoning Denver just as United Airlines prepares to launch daily nonstop service to Paris, a retreat that demonstrates the enormous advantage a dominant hub carrier enjoys when it enters a longhaul market.

The carrier had been scheduled to operate its final flight of the current season on October 10, 2026, before resuming service on April 26, 2027. With those 2027 flights no longer available for sale, October’s final departure may now mark the end of Air France service to Denver.
