We have covered the sudden requests that Aegean sends to verify your identity; they ask for passport/ID copies, utility bills, and other information to be sent to them via insecure email.
We had one of these cases last month (read more here), and I went through this same thing back in the 2010’s. Aegean has NOW updated the T&Cs to allow it to request this information from Miles+Bonus account holders.
