Each week, my Meal of the Week feature examines an airline meal from my travels over the years. This may be a meal from earlier in the week or it may be a meal served over a decade ago.
The flight from Frankfurt (FRA) to Ljubljana (LJU), Slovenia (pronounced loo-blee-ah-nuh and also known as Melania Land) was only one hour and a FA whipped out the meals shortly after takeoff. The bread had already been warming in the oven prior to takeoff. I was one of two passengers in the six-seat business class cabin.
Supper included sliced chicken breast (served cold) with picked vegetables, two hot bread rolls, slicked cheese, and cake. At the beckoning of the FA, I also tried a glass of Slovenian white wine.
A great solo travel tip spotted this week on Live and Let's Fly.
