Spending can be accumulated toward the £500 threshold. The participating-hotel list spans countries including the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
The terms say payment must be made at the hotel and transactions in pounds, but prepaid bookings have sometimes qualified when hotels process charges themselves. Payments routed through services such as Stripe may not count. Marriott's separate promotion awards 1,500 bonus points for each two-night cash stay completed by November 22; registration closes November 13.
